Set up, register guests, cook, and help our community events run smoothly.
Canvass & outreach
Get the word out door to door and at community events. Volunteers build skills and references.

We work alongside employers, unions, schools, faith communities, and public agencies to open doors for the people we serve.
- Employers & businesses: hire motivated, job-ready workers, host job shadows, or speak at a workshop. We'll help with fair-chance hiring practices.
- Unions & training programs: open apprenticeship pathways for our participants.
- Schools & coaches: partner on mentoring and evening study hall.
- Faith & community organizations: share space, volunteers, and referrals.
- Public agencies: collaborate on reentry, workforce, and youth services.
