Workers' Rights & Advocacy
Every worker deserves fair pay, a safe job, and a fair shot at being hired. We help workers understand their rights and get connected to the right help when something goes wrong.
Who it's for: Any worker in the Central Valley, including people with a record.

Workers' Leadership Development
A job is a start. A career is the goal. Our leadership program builds the skills to get hired, move up, and lead in your workplace and community.
Who it's for: Job seekers, single parents, injured or displaced workers, and anyone ready to grow.

Youth Mentorship
Every young person deserves someone in their corner. Our mentors show up week after week, and many of them know from experience where the wrong road leads.
Who it's for: Young people and their families.

Keeping young people safe
Everyone who works with youth goes through screening, including a review of their background, and not every volunteer works with young people.
Life Skills Training
The basics make the biggest difference. Our practical classes and peer support help people handle everyday life with confidence, especially in the first months after coming home.
Who it's for: People returning home from incarceration and anyone rebuilding.
